Assistant Manager - Client Service

<div style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: ;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">What is the roles objective?</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Supporting the Delhi Client Service team. AUM is approx. 28480 Crores</li><li>In addition, Meerut AUM is about 188 Crores which is also handled by Delhi.</li><li>To be able to execute all client service functions at Delhi office including handling of petty cash / vendor payments.</li><li>To support front desk activities like acceptance & time stamping of applications, handling walk in clients for their queries and complaints.

Proper scrutiny & other quality checks for an application form. Ability to complete standard verification from client/distributor.</li><li>Filling of deposit slip and handling cheque banking as per guidelines. Reporting of large value transactions through the TITAN reporting system.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Should be able to handle inbound/ outbound calls.

Should be able to independently handle complex queries/ escalations from MFDs/ Investors / Sales team</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Branch Administration related work/ correspondence with different functions.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ability to coordinate and work with Registrar/Head Office/ Vendors/ MFDs.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Coordination with Sales team and resolving their queries.</li></ul><div style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: ;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">What skills do you need to possess?</strong>  </div><ul style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: ;"><li style="text-align:justify;">Positive attitude and disciplined approach.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Good communication skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Desire to learn and excel.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Relevant Mutual Fund industry experience only</li></ul><div style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: ;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">What is the prior experience expected?</strong> </div><div style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: ;">7-10 years.
