Relationship Manager

<div><strong>What is the roles objective?</strong></div><ul><li>Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through assigned retail channels (Banks, IFA’s and National Distributors) in Jabalpur</li><li>Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAM</li><li>Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain</li><li>Responsible to empanel and activate new distributors </li><li>To build a long term core assets through incremental net sales</li><li>Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business</li><li>Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.</li><li>Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations</li><li>Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets</li><li>Responsible for branch targets and driving sales trough team</li><li>Identify, hire and nurture talent</li></ul><div><strong>What skills do you need to posses?</strong> </div><ul><li>NISM – Advisory module qualified</li><li>Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry</li><li>Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)</li></ul><div><strong>What is the prior experience expected?</strong> </div><ul><li>5 years of relevant exposure in financial services industry with good knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry.</li></ul><div><strong>What qualification you should have?</strong> </div><ul><li>Graduate.

MBA (Finance or Marketing) would be preferred</li></ul>
