The Job

Your responsibilities would be to strategically plan, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives specifically tailored to the online retail environment. This role focuses on driving traffic, increasing sales, and enhancing the overall online presence of an e-commerce business. The core purpose of this role is to strategically drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and create a positive and engaging online experience for customers in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.

Optimise product listings, website content, and user experience to enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates.

Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online customer journey.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to implement innovative and effective strategies.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 3 years as an Asst. E-commerce Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing channels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

Results-driven and able to meet ambitious targets.

Adaptable and willing to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a design team.
