The Job
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates to join our existing team to assist in the procurement of various healthcare products for our valued customers and their pets. The products are procured mainly for the UK and Western European markets.

The Job Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks related to the procurement of our products.
- Assist in the smooth implementation of critical aspects of the buying process to ensure timely information and relevant details are passed on to suppliers and internal teams.
- Working on the organization's cloud-based collaboration and project management tool to ensure key tasks are lined up and allocated to the responsible teams. The candidate will need to monitor that the assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated time by responsible teams/individuals.
- Generating and evaluating MIS to ensure an optimized procurement process, and inventory planning.
- Providing support to the marketing team and senior management.
- Coordination with the IT team for streamlining and upgrade in reports and processes related to the procurement process
- Liaise & follow up with suppliers regarding,
- Product availability - for re-orders as well as new products,
- Required documents and product details
- Product delivery timelines
- Support the customer services team to resolve customer queries.
- Any additional project tasks that may be allocated from time to time.
- Sourcing quality suppliers and negotiating prices worldwide.
- Maintaining relations with existing suppliers.
About You
- Good organizational and communication skills: written and verbal, good command of the English language
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as per deadline and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Ability to following procedures and processes at the same time look for initiatives to improvise
- A can-do attitude
- Should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Having working knowledge about food supplements / ingredients used in food supplements would be an added benefit, but is not compulsory
- Above all, we are looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, shows great work ethic, enthusiasm, and has a willingness to learn, challenge the norm and grow.
