    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a (Junior) Finance Specialist, you will support the day-to-day Finance operations of DTCP Group entities. The role combines reliable execution of recurring Finance tasks with a strong focus on identifying opportunities to standardise, digitalise, and automate them. You will report to the Head of Finance and work closely with the wider Finance team and external service providers.

    Your main responsibilities include:

    • Identifying manual and recurring Finance processes and supporting their simplification, digitalisation, and automation, including through AI-enabled tools
    • Supporting payment processes, liquidity forecasts, cash-flow monitoring, employee expenses, and purchase-order administration
    • Reviewing accounting records, trial balances, and general-ledger accounts of Luxembourg GP entities; escalating discrepancies where required
    • Preparing accounting data, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for monthly close and external service providers
    • Supporting cost control through budget monitoring, variance analyses, and ad-hoc analyses of costs, invoices, and spending patterns
    • Maintaining financial master data, Finance documentation, and general administrative records
    • Supporting the use and development of the Group’s investment-management, fund-accounting, Finance, and reporting systems
    • Assisting with requests from accountants, tax advisors, and auditors, as well as other Finance projects

    YOUR PROFILE

You have initial experience in Finance, Accounting, audit, or financial operations, ideally in an international company, professional-services firm, shared service centre, or financial-services environment.

    You also possess:

    • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; relevant vocational training or practical experience is also considered
    • Up to five years of relevant professional experience; applications from motivated graduates with relevant internships are welcome. The scope and grade of the role will reflect the candidate’s experience.
    • A strong interest in digitalisation, automation, and AI-supported Finance processes
    • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
    • A structured, reliable, detail-oriented, and analytical working style
    • A proactive mindset, sound organisational skills, and willingness to learn
    • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written. German is an advantage

    • Unlimited freshly brewed coffee from our bean-to-cup coffee machine
    • Company-paid Uber Eats when working in the office after 7:00 pm
