    • Maintain effective communication with the Airport and Resort Teams to ensure well-organised, seamless guest arrivals and departures.
    • Supervise guest embarkation/disembarkation with safety precautions, giving extra attention to guests with disabilities, elderly guests, and children.
    • Report for duty 30 minutes prior to scheduled time, ensuring the speedboat's exterior and interior are fully clean, stocked, and guest-ready before every movement.
    • Take personal responsibility and initiative in resolving issues, maintaining high grooming standards, and adhering fully to hygiene, fire, health and safety policies.
    • Attend training sessions, daily briefings, and communication meetings, and carry out any additional tasks requested by guests or management.
