Sales Coordinator
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator!
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales processes, strengthen client relationships, and keep our teams aligned. You’ll help manage client opportunities from the first quote through onboarding and ongoing engagement, while ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate quotes, estimates, schedules, SOWs, and other commercial documentation.
- Track sales opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Build proactive relationships with small and medium-sized clients.
- Support client onboarding and monitor key lifecycle milestones.
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity information in Freshsales.
- Document and improve sales and client management processes.
- Support sales reporting, pipeline updates, and customer experience metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Operations, Marketing, Billing, and other internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Account Management, Customer Success, Client Experience, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate commercial or client data.
- Experience documenting, improving, or implementing processes and workflows is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Proactive approach, strong follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
