Position Details

As a Warehouse Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you may perform a variety of tasks:

• Accurately pick and pack our famous gear for online orders heading all across the country.

• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations like a pro to keep order fulfillment flying high.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and energized work environment for the whole crew.

In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week required full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times 
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift
• Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
• Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements

💰 Position Compensation Outline

• Base Compensation: $18.00/hour
• 🔥 SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: Earn an additional +$3.00/hr from September 28th through December 20th, 2026
• 🎄 PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM:  Stack an additional +$1.00/hr from November 23rd through December 20th, 2026!
