Brand Creative Marketing Manager - Duomo

Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading Christian-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.

Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Producer who will drive creative strategy and testing for one of our key marketing streams on Meta.
What You’ll Do

• Generate creative concepts and angles for user acquisition campaigns across a range of emotional and thematic hooks

• Write scripts, hooks, and copy that stop the scroll and drive action - об єднати

• Create detailed briefs for the production team, translating concepts into clear, actionable directions

• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to align creative output with testing needs and performance goals

• Analyze creative performance data to understand what works and feed those learnings back into new concepts

• Stay on top of trends, competitor creatives, and platform behavior to keep our output fresh and differentiated

What We’re Looking For

• Strong copywriting instinct — you can come up with a fresh angle and write a hook that earns attention

• Clear, structured thinking — you can translate a creative idea into a brief someone else can execute

• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as part of your creative workflow

• Curiosity about performance — you want to know why something worked, not just that it did

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-moving environment

• Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) is a plus
