The position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing fab test requests, maintaining equipment performance, and delivering high-quality data to support process development and manufacturing operations.

    • Qualify tool performance and ensure equipment is operating within specifications.
    • Support and participate in preventive maintenance (PM) and basic repair activities to maintain equipment readiness.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain an organized and efficient lab/fab environment with strong adherence to safety protocols.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Organize, manipulate, and analyze large datasets generated from metrology tools.
    • Utilize statistical tools (e.g., control charting, Excel templates) to evaluate results.
    • Accurately document and report findings; enter test data into appropriate databases.
    • Communicate results clearly to lithography engineers and stakeholders.

    Teamwork & Work Practices

    • Work both independently and within small teams to meet production and R&D targets.
    • Demonstrate self-motivation, accountability, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Experience in semiconductor fab, IC processing, or lithography environments preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Physical Requirements
