DuPont Advanced Mobility is a global leader in adhesive technologies for automotive assembly and aftermarket applications, with trusted brands including BETAFORCE™, BETAMATE™ and BETASEAL™. Our solutions are used by leading global OEMs and play a key role in enabling the transition to vehicle electrification, including advanced technologies for high-voltage battery assembly, thermal management and next-generation mobility.

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Automotive Adhesives & Fluids (AAF) team in Poland.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with leading automotive OEMs, Tier suppliers, and aftermarket customers across Poland and the Baltic region, helping them solve complex challenges through innovative solutions in glass bonding, structural adhesives, electromobility, battery systems, and advanced automotive applications.

If you enjoy building strategic customer relationships, identifying high-value growth opportunities, and collaborating with technical experts to bring innovative technologies to market, we would love to hear from you.

Reporting directly to the Regional AAF Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening DuPont's position as a trusted innovation partner within the automotive industry.

    What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance and customer success by:

    • Building and developing trusted partnerships with customers and key internal stakeholders to support strategic programs and future innovation projects.

    • Managing a portfolio of automotive accounts while delivering ambitious revenue, volume, and margin objectives.

    • Leading commercial negotiations and developing pricing strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Identifying, shaping, and converting opportunities from early development stages through commercialization.

    • Creating and executing strategic account plans while maintaining strong pipeline visibility through CRM and forecasting tools.

    • Exploring and optimizing route-to-market strategies to maximize customer reach and business effectiveness.

    • Maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline that supports sustainable growth across Poland and the Baltic region.

    • Collaborating closely with technical, application development, marketing, and regional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

    What You Bring

    Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who combines technical curiosity with a strong commercial mindset.

    You will ideally have:

    • A university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline. An additional business qualification is a plus.

    • Proven success in sales, business development, or key account management within automotive, industrial adhesives, battery technologies, e-mobility, or related sectors.

    • Experience working with Automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers, with a demonstrated record of delivering business growth.

    • Strong communication skills in both Polish and English. Additional European languages are an advantage.

    • Willingness to travel approximately 30-50% across the region.

    • Experience developing strong relationships with OEM, Tier, and aftermarket customers.

    • A passion for customer engagement and the ability to identify and convert market opportunities into business results.

    • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

    • The agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and evolving business environment.

    • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
