Join Duracell's Global Treasury team and play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly across time zones. As our Treasury Shared Resource Analyst, you'll be the trusted early-hours partner ensuring cash, payments and FX activities flow without a hitch across the US and Canada — a role where precision and timing truly make an impact every single day.
You'll take ownership of key processes: leading our daily, monthly and budget FX rate uploads, driving accurate cash positioning through daily US and Canada cash estimates and investment decisions, and ensuring time-sensitive payroll and tax payments land exactly when they need to. You'll also manage our JPM eBanking platform and support FX trade execution, giving you exposure to the full treasury lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead the daily, monthly and budget FX rate upload process, ensuring rates are accurate and available on time to support downstream reporting and transactions
- Lead the daily US cash estimate and investment/redemption process, ensuring accurate cash positioning and optimal use of surplus funds
- Lead the Canada cash estimate process, providing accurate daily visibility of cash positions
- Lead execution of time-sensitive US-based payments (payroll and tax), utilizing SNOW to ensure all payment cut-offs are consistently met
- Lead JPM eBanking administration, including entering/approving payments and approving/amending user access, and support other eBanking portals as needed
- Support FX trade execution, confirmation and communication with counterparties and internal stakeholders
- Support Treasury reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery of management information
- Support BlackLine end users by responding to requests and support tickets, troubleshooting reconciliation, task management, and workflow issues, escalating to the global BlackLine Admin team as needed
- Perform BlackLine period maintenance, opening and closing accounting periods in line with the monthly close calendar
- Maintain BlackLine system parameters and GL account mappings, updating configurations to reflect changes to the chart of accounts and business processes
- Administer BlackLine user profiles and access, including new user setup, role/permission assignments, and periodic access reviews
- Maintain and support BlackLine reconciliations, task management, journals, and workflow configurations to support month-end close processes
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, cash management or related Finance function
- Working knowledge of SAP and eBanking portals, with advanced Excel skills
- Availability to work early US hours to meet Treasury payment cut-off deadlines
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to FX trade execution and confirmation, and multi-currency (US/Canada) cash management
- Accounting/Treasury certification useful, but not required
- Experience with BlackLine administration, including system configuration, user access management, and reconciliation support, or the willingness and ability to quickly learn and support these activities
