We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. You'll own the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness and lead generation through to conversion and retention — working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll both shape strategy and execute campaigns in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, content, and events. Manage and mentor a team of two marketing executives. Own the marketing budget, tracking ROI across all channels. Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo). Lead product launch marketing in partnership with Product Management. Report on marketing KPIs to senior leadership. 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS or HR technology.
Proven experience managing a small marketing team. Strong command of marketing automation tools — HubSpot or Marketo required. Experience with paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta). Data-driven mindset with Google Analytics and attribution modelling experience. Competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. Hybrid working — 3 days in our London office, 2 days remote. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
