OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

Dwellworks Destination Consultants enjoy a flexible casual employment contract and work assignments that allow meaningful and impactful opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others. Each day is different and will change depending on what the tasks are. You could be helping someone to search for a new apartment, helping them make a decision on schooling or simply helping them get to know their new surroundings.

You accept work based on your schedule and availability. If you aren’t available, no problem! We’ll call you when we have the next piece of work to offer you.. There is no quota to meet, you work when you can, accepting as much or as little work as you want. Work is sometimes sporadic and other times steady – Summer is our busiest season, but you are not prohibited from taking time off to enjoy sun and fun!

DESTINATION SERVICES

When a company moves an employee to a new country or town for work, one of the most important services they receive is help in finding a new home and getting settled into their new surroundings. Sometimes these employees are moving within their home county and other times they are moving internationally. There are a variety of things that make up Destination Services, including:

• Community orientation
• Guidance on local schools
• Help to find a new home
• Facilitate utility hook up / connection
• Local settling in knowledge
• Help to depart from their home

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Your Experience & Education (Required)

• High level of comfort working on MS Office programs such as Outlook and Word
• High level of comfort with internet research and mobile applications
• Solid administration skills and attention to detail
• Clean driving license
• A ‘can do’ attitude

Your Experience & Education (Preferred)

• Previous property experience, preferably in the rental sector
• Fluency in a second language
• Customer service experience
