About the Role
DyFlex is seeking expressions of interest from experienced SAP Cloud ERP Solution Architects — both Technical and Functional — to join our growing practice across Australia and New Zealand. As a Solution Architect at DyFlex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class SAP Private Cloud ERP solutions for our mid-market and enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business requirements and technical delivery to ensure our clients realise the full value of their SAP investment. Your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP Private Cloud ERP engagements, including greenfield and brownfield implementations
- Collaborate with clients and internal delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose SAP solutions
- Define and own the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with DyFlex delivery standards, SAP best practices, and client objectives
- Provide technical or functional leadership throughout project lifecycles, from pre-sales and scoping through to go-live and Aftercare
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution presentations, effort estimation, and proposal development
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and functional/technical team members across the practice
- Engage with SAP product roadmaps and emerging technologies to ensure DyFlex solutions remain current and competitive
- Support the continuous improvement of DyFlex delivery methodologies, accelerators, and solution frameworks
Your qualifications and experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within SAP ERP environments, with specific exposure to SAP Private Cloud deployments
- Functional Architects: deep domain expertise across one or more SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM/SD/PP/EWM), or HCM/SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Technical Architects: demonstrated experience in SAP technical landscape design, integration architecture (BTP, APIs, middleware), custom development, and system landscape optimisation
- Experience delivering SAP implementations in mid-market or enterprise environments, ideally across APAC
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to present confidently at executive level
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or architecture disciplines highly regarded
- Experience with SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and cloud migration strategies will be highly regarded
- Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand is required; sponsorship is not available for this role
