Supports the Human Resource department by leading recruitment efforts for manufacturing and supporting positions (maintenance, engineering, quality, office, and any other corporate positions). Source, screen and coordinate the hiring process of qualified candidates, check references, perform background checks and assist with onboarding of new employees. Manages applicant tracking through HRIS recruitment module UKG (Kronos). Performs other Human Resources administrative duties as assigned. Exercises positive employee relations and exhibits a high level of professionalism and confidentiality to maintain the integrity of the Human Resources Department. Other duties as assigned.
Starting pay within the range is dependent on various factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, ability, training, and education.
¨ Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environments.
¨ Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
¨ Experience with applicant tracking software (UKG or similar) and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, local workforce agencies, and technical/community college partnerships.
¨ Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
¨ Basic understanding of employment law.
¨ Desire to continue in expanding knowledge in HR.
¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
¨ Ability to assess people’s talent and use good judgement.
¨ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
¨ Sharp attention to detail is required in this position.
