What You'll Be Doing

Become a Dyson Technology Expert

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Dyson technology and innovation.
• Confidently explain product features, benefits, and performance in a clear and engaging way.
• Stay up to date on new product launches and technology advancements.

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver personalised service.
• Understand individual needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Create memorable experiences that build lasting connections with the Dyson brand.

Inspire Through Demonstration

• Bring Dyson technology to life through engaging product demonstrations.
• Showcase the performance and innovation behind our products.
• Help customers experience first-hand what makes Dyson different.

Drive Sales Performance

• Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to meet their needs.
• Support the achievement of sales targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Take pride in delivering strong individual and team results.

Maintain a World-Class Retail Environment

• Ensure product displays are engaging, well-stocked and presentation-ready.
• Support stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Contribute to a premium in-store experience that reflects the Dyson brand.
