Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – Spares & Accessories

About Us

The Senior Manager, IBP – Spares & Accessories is responsible for leading the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process for Dyson's global Spares & Accessories portfolio. The role ensures alignment between demand, supply, inventory, financial objectives, and service requirements while driving inventory health, forecast accuracy, revenue growth, and customer service performance across global markets.

The position partners closely with Market Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and After-Sales teams to deliver a robust and responsive planning strategy.

About the Role

• Lead the monthly IBP cycle for the global Spares & Accessories business.
• Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, service, and financial insights into Executive-IBP forum.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• Drive scenario planning and recommend actions to balance service, inventory, and profitability objectives.
• Establish planning standards, governance, and performance metrics.
• Improve forecast accuracy, challenge assumptions and ensure robust demand reviews.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives to improve working capital and inventory health.
• Lead actions related to Excess and At-Risk inventory reduction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to ensure supply readiness.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support new product launch activities and manage phase-in/phase-out transitions to ensure seamless portfolio execution.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Integrated Business Planning.
• Proven leadership experience managing global or regional planning teams.
• Strong expertise in S&OP / IBP processes.
• Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, or equivalent planning platforms.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional decisions.
