Role purpose:
As our Social Media Manager, this role is the driving force behind E-Play24's digital presence and corporate communication strategy.

The primary focus is managing and growing our social media channels with a strong emphasis on corporate and B2B content: company milestones, strategic partnerships, product launches, executive thought leadership, and industry positioning within the iGaming market.

Alongside the corporate narrative, the role includes creating engaging B2C content for the Italian-speaking audience, working closely with the SEO, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across all digital touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role that combines creative content production with technical platform management, requiring ownership of our advertising and analytics infrastructure across Meta and other digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Develop, implement, and manage E-Play24’s social media strategy across all relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and emerging digital channels.
• Plan and produce a consistent content calendar with a strong focus on corporate storytelling: company news, B2B partnerships, product launches, CSR initiatives, and executive visibility.
• Create engaging B2C content for the Italian and English speaking audience, tailored to each platform’s format and audience behaviour.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO, Content, Marketing, and CEO Office teams to align social content with broader communication and search strategies.
• Monitor digital trends in the iGaming sector to keep content fresh, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable future campaigns.

Corporate Communication & Brand Positioning

• Manage and grow the corporate LinkedIn presence to elevate E-Play24’s industry standing, highlighting B2B milestones, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership.
• Support internal communication needs when corporate messaging intersects with public-facing content (e.g., team achievements, company culture moments).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging aligned with E-Play24’s values

Technical Platform Management

• Own and manage the Meta Business Manager environment: account structure, permissions, asset organization, and troubleshooting.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), including audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
• Manage Meta Business Suite for scheduling, publishing, inbox management, and cross-platform insights.
• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking across company web properties in collaboration with the development team.
• Oversee domain verification, page assignments, and partner/agency access within the Business Manager ecosystem.
• Stay current with platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and new advertising features to maximize ROI and compliance.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or bilingual fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Strong professional proficiency in English is required for internal operations and market initiatives.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing social media profiles and content strategies, preferably within the iGaming or fintech sectors with the exposure on Italian’s market.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads
  Manager, and Business Suite. Familiarity with pixel implementation, event tracking, and campaign optimization is required.
• Corporate Content Focus: Demonstrated ability to produce professional B2B and corporate content, especially on LinkedIn, with a track record of growing brand authority and engagement.
• Creativity & Tools: Strong copywriting skills tailored to different digital platforms. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, able to read platform insights and translate them into content and campaign optimizations.
• Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay ahead of platform updates, and turn company milestones into compelling digital content.

Education and Industry Certification

• Preferred Majors: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or Digital Media.  Alternative Pathway: An Associate degree paired with a robust, proven portfolio and 2–4 years of direct industry experience.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
