Overview:
- Oversee daily operations of two or more sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirements
- Lead and manage site supervisors and direct support staff; ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee recruitment and retention efforts
- Conduct regular supervision, coaching, and performance reviews of direct reports
- Maintain regular bi-weekly on-site presence across all assigned sites; establish a consistent routine of walk-throughs, audits, and check-ins
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources in alignment with financial targets
- Support and monitor the development and implementation of individual service plans
- Foster positive relationships with guardians, case managers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the Regional Executive Director on strategic and operational planning, program expansion, and talent development
- Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and staff accountability using KPI's
- Respond promptly to emergencies, staffing issues, or concerns from individuals or families
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5pm
Pay: 65,000
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, or related field required
- (Master’s preferred for multi-site oversight)
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in residential services, assisted living, or IDD programs
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site operations strongly preferred
- Prior experience in Wisconsin regulated settings required:
- Wisconsin DHS 83 (CBRF)
- Wisconsin DHS 88 (AFH)
