Project Manager

Position Summary
Lead projects from planning to completion.
As a Project Manager at Eagle Builders, you'll oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll coordinate teams, manage resources, solve challenges, and build strong relationships with clients and project partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Monitor schedules, budgets, contracts, and project progress
- Identify risks and implement solutions
- Communicate with clients, leadership, and project stakeholders
- Support quality, safety, and project success
- Build strong relationships that support long-term partnerships

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available Monday to Friday, with flexibility as projects require
- Minimum 50 hours per week
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Local to, or willing to relocate to, Central Alberta
Assets
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related education
- Experience with commercial or multi-family construction
- Familiarity with Procore
- Experience with precast concrete construction
