What You Will Build
• TPM deployment roadmap
• OEE measurement and governance system
• Autonomous and Planned Maintenance frameworks
• Loss elimination and Kaizen routines
• TPM capability-building and visual management systems
What We Are Looking For
• Engineering degree
• 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, TPM, or Operational Excellence
• Proven TPM implementation experience — not just exposure
• Strong command of OEE, JIPM 8 Pillars, Jishu Hozen, MTBF, MTTR, 5S, RCA
• Measurable impact on operational performance
