    Job description

    ABOUT THE FIRM

We are a global investment management firm reimagining what the next-generation investment organization should look like. As artificial intelligence, automation, data systems, and evolving market structure reshape the industry, we believe the traditional asset management operating model is due for reinvention.

We are investing aggressively in the people, infrastructure, workflows, and technologies that will define that future model — one that is more intelligent, adaptive, scalable, and integrated across investing, trading, operations, and decision-making.

Product Management sits at the commercial center of that evolution. The team's responsibility extends far beyond traditional sales or client service functions. Product Management serves as the primary interface between the firm and the marketplace, representing our investment capabilities to clients, consultants, intermediaries, and prospective investors while ensuring existing relationships continue to deepen and grow. The team's ability to communicate our investment philosophy, articulate portfolio positioning, cultivate trust, and translate complex investment concepts into meaningful client outcomes is a critical driver of the firm's long-term success.

This is an environment for relationship builders, strategic thinkers, and intellectually curious professionals who want to help shape the future state of the investment industry.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Management professional to become one of the principal ambassadors of the firm. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of investing, strategic relationship management, and business development. Working alongside the investment team and firm leadership, you will help communicate our investment philosophy, deepen existing relationships, originate new opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the long-term evolution of the firm.
This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to build more than a career. It is for an ambitious professional who wants to help build an enduring Fintech company.

    WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

As markets evolve, firms increasingly differentiate themselves through the quality of their people and relationships. Every interaction with a client, consultant, intermediary, or prospective investor contributes to the firm's reputation. The successful candidate will help define how the firm is perceived in the marketplace and will play a meaningful role in shaping its future.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Represent the firm with professionalism and intellectual credibility.
      • Build enduring client relationships while proactively originating new institutional relationships.
      • Communicate investment philosophy and portfolio positioning with clarity.
      • Partner with portfolio managers on strategic initiatives.
      • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and consultants.
      • Identify opportunities to improve commercial capabilities.
      • Contribute to long-term asset growth through disciplined relationship development.

    WHAT EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES BRING

      • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
      • Executive presence and the ability to establish credibility quickly.
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
      • Broad intellectual curiosity and diverse interests that enable authentic relationships.
      • A demonstrated record of excellence in demanding pursuits.
      • Self-starting mentality with a passion for creating and nurturing relationships.
      • Humility, judgment, integrity, and professionalism.

    SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

Within the first several years, the successful candidate will become a trusted representative of the firm's investment philosophy, develop enduring institutional relationships, expand the firm's network, generate meaningful commercial opportunities, and contribute ideas that improve how the firm communicates, operates, and grows.

    CULTURE & LEADERSHIP

We value humility, accountability, continuous learning, intellectual honesty, and ownership. We seek people who pursue excellence, enjoy meaningful relationships, and are motivated by the opportunity to build an enduring investment organization. We are less interested in polished resumes than exceptional people whose judgment, curiosity, resilience, and presence naturally earn the confidence of others.

    COMPENSATION

We offer a competitive total compensation package: base salary, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation reflects experience, capabilities, and the ownership and impact associated with the role, and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to help build the next great FinTech company. If you are motivated by intellectual challenge, meaningful relationships, continuous learning, and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on an investment organization, we welcome the opportunity to meet you.
