    37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm)
    Term Time only plus 1 extra week in the School holidays
    Single Status Grade 4 Points 9-10
    Salary Range £26,016 - £26,427 (pro rata)
    Actual Salary £23,052 - £23,416

    We are currently seeking a friendly, efficient professional Administrator to join our  busy all-through School. The School Admin Office serves as the Central Contact Point for all Staff, Parents and Carers. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure day-day operations are managed effectively.

    Duties for this role include:

    ●    Undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including formal correspondence managing the school office inboxes, Trust Systems, supporting School Events and Daily Operations.
    ●    Administer First Aid and keep First Aid and Medicines records inline with School Policies.
    ●    Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact by supporting the School Reception with a high volume of telephone calls, emails and visitor enquiries.
    ●    Manage Visitor entry in accordance with School Safeguarding Procedures.
    ●    Work in Partnership with Teaching and Support Staff to ensure daily operations are maintained.
