    • Strong relationship-building skills with children, colleagues and families.
    • A kind, patient, intuitive and positive approach to teaching and learning.

In return, we can offer you:

    • Wonderful children who are eager to learn and have exemplary behaviour and attitudes (OFSTED, March 2026).
    • A warm and welcoming school community with a strong team spirit.

    • A warm, positive school culture and ethos, with high expectations.
    • A genuine commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.
    • A positive and thriving school environment.
    • Supportive and engaged parents and community.
    • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
    • A beautiful village location and small-school feel, where your contribution is truly valued.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and become part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.
