    • Term time only. Hours are approx. 08:40 - 15:10, five days (30hrs) a week, dependent on site. 

    • One-year fixed term contract with potential to extend.

    The Role 

    As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and engaging with our pupils. Your responsibilities will include: 

    • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons. 

    • Providing support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks. 

    • Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. 

    • Monitoring and recording student progress. 

    • Assisting with the management of classroom resources and setup. 

    • Providing personal care. 

    • May be required to work at any of our six sites. 

    About You 

    We are looking for candidates who have: 

    • A genuine passion for education and the well-being of children 

    • A knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices. 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

    • The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude 

    • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
