As a Team Around the Family (TAF) Co-ordinator, you’ll help children and families thrive by enabling partners to step in early - not at a time of crisis, but when challenges are starting to emerge.
Evidence shows that this is when support has the greatest impact. This is your chance to be part of a system that acts earlier, works smarter, and makes a lasting difference for children who without the support could be on a trajectory to more significant harm.
