Our Summer Internship Program gives college students the opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience while learning how different areas of a growing technical organization work together.

Internship Opportunities

ECI is seeking motivated college students from a variety of academic backgrounds for summer internship opportunities. Depending on a student's interests, academic background, and current business needs, internship assignments may be available in areas including:

Marketing

• Assist with marketing campaigns, communications, social media, and events
• Support development of digital and print content
• Help promote company programs, products, events, and community initiatives
• Assist with market research and special projects

Sales & Business Development

• Gain exposure to technical and industrial sales
• Assist sales teams with customer research, prospecting, and account support
• Participate in meetings and learn the customer relationship process
• Support business development and market research projects

Finance & Business Operations

• Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and business processes
• Support accounting and administrative projects
• Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making
• Participate in process-improvement projects

Human Resources & Workforce Development

• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives
• Assist with internship, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs
• Participate in college, school, and community outreach
• Support special projects related to employee development and organizational culture

Additional opportunities may be available in other business or technical areas based on student interests and ECI's summer needs.
