About The Team And The Role:

eBay’s Office of AI Transformation (OAIT) is driving eBay’s reinvention of how internal work gets done. We partner across the company to help teams use AI in practical, responsible, and measurable ways so employees can move faster, improve quality, and deliver stronger customer outcomes.

As AI Transformation Lead, you will help bring eBay’s AI transformation to life for employees and teams. You will support the rollout of company-wide programs that build AI confidence, increase adoption, and help teams apply AI to everyday work. This includes supporting AI focused enablement programs, training, communications, pilots, employee feedback loops, and practical toolkits that make AI easier to understand and use.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning new ideas into practical programs that employees can easily adopt. You will work closely with OAIT leaders and cross-functional partners to build momentum, surface what teams need, and help scale the practices that make AI part of how work gets done across eBay.

What You Will Do

• Partner with functions to understand where employees need support and help turn those needs into clear enablement actions.
• Operationalize and rollout AI enablement programs that help employees understand and use AI in their day-to-day work.
• Lead programs such as AI Ambassadors, training sessions, office hours, demos, pilot groups, and communities of practice.
• Create practical enablement materials, including guides, templates, FAQs, manager talking points, and role-based toolkits.
• Support pilot programs by coordinating participants, tracking progress, documenting feedback, and surfacing blockers.
• Help translate AI capabilities into simple “what changes for me” guidance for employees, managers, and teams.
• Support internal communications that build awareness, confidence, and participation in AI programs.
• Track participation, feedback, adoption signals, and early impact from enablement activities.
• Document success stories, examples, and lessons learned so teams can learn from each other.
• Partner with People, Communications, IT, Product, and business teams to keep enablement efforts coordinated and easy to activate.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise change, employee enablement, learning programs, internal communications, operations, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience helping roll out new tools, processes, or ways of working to large employee groups, ideally in a technology-led or digital environment.
• Hands-on experience building enablement materials such as training guides, playbooks, FAQs, manager toolkits, office hour content, or launch communications.
• Practical experience coordinating employee-facing programs such as ambassador networks, pilot groups, learning sessions, demos, feedback forums, or communities of practice.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and the ability to explain practical AI use cases in simple, clear language for non-technical employees.
• Strong program execution skills, including managing timelines, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and following through on details.
• Experience collecting employee feedback, identifying patterns, and turning insights into practical improvements to programs or materials.
• Experience operating in environments where guidance, tools and priorities are evolving
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, employee-friendly content that helps people understand what is changing and what action to take.
• Ability to partner effectively across People, Communications, IT, Product, and business teams to support coordinated rollout and adoption.
• Strong judgment, organization, and bias for action in ambiguous environments where priorities may shift quickly.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$127,600 - $214,700

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
