We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Barbary Crescent Preschool.

Through investigation and play, we nurture each child’s unique qualities and provide every opportunity for them to discover, grow, and reach their full potential.

This is a part time, ongoing breaks cover role, working 6.00 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30am to 1:30pm. It is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexible, part-time hours.

As this is a sessional kindergarten, the scheduled session days and times are non-negotiable, and candidates must be available to work these scheduled sessions.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a current WWCC, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Foundations of Child Safety training certificate, Police Check, and First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certificate.
