What You’ll Do:
- Perform PV system layout, install solar mounting brackets, transport PV modules and other materials to installation location, and various general labor tasks
- Ensure top-tier craftsmanship and safety standards
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner

- Is easygoing, polite, and builds rapport in a team setting
- Communicates in a thoughtful, relaxed manner and is coachable
- Prefers to complete one task at a time with care and attention to detail while remaining proactive as to the next objective
- Enjoys being part of a supportive team and contributes steadily and reliably
- Appreciates and thrives in low-drama, high-integrity environments
- Is open to learning and committed to mastering the craft of solar installation
