The candidate must be available for out-of-hours on-call support as required.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) </u></strong></div><div>- Experience in SkyChain application support OR strong Cargo domain knowledge&nbsp;</div><div>- Expertise in Splunk log analysis and debugging&nbsp;</div><div>- Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities&nbsp;</div><div>- Ability to provide on-call support outside regular hours&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) </u></strong></div><div>- Hands-on experience with other cargo management applications&nbsp;</div><div>- Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and application management&nbsp;</div><div>- Familiarity with Accelya's suite of aviation solutions&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Qualifications &amp; Experience </u></strong></div><div>- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field&nbsp;</div><div>- 3+ years of experience in application support and troubleshooting&nbsp;</div><div>- Prior experience in airline cargo operations is a plus&nbsp;</div>
