Business Analyst - Airline Industry

The ideal candidate will have experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, mobile app analytics, and API integration within the airline industry. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) </u></strong></div><div> Business Analysis & Functional Expertise: </div><div>- Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Conduct stakeholder meetings and write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). </div><div>- User Journey Mapping – Define personas, user flows, and use cases to enhance customer experience. </div><div>- Stakeholder Management – Engage with marketing, IT, customer service, and operations teams. </div><div>- Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment – Identify system deficiencies and recommend improvements. </div><div>- Agile/Scrum Methodologies – Work in sprints, write user stories, and collaborate with product owners. </div><div>- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Troubleshoot booking flows, payment failures, and system integration issues. </div><div>- Communication & Presentation – Translate technical details into business language for stakeholders. </div><div>- Collaboration & Leadership – Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT developers. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Technical

</u></strong> </div><div>- Mobile Platforms: Basic understanding of iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and Xamarin. </div><div>- Mobile Databases: Familiarity with SQLite, Firebase, Realm, or cloud-based databases. </div><div>- Mobile App Data Analysis & SQL: Experience with Google Analytics for Mobile, Firebase Analytics, and SQL queries. </div><div>- API & Web Services: Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party system integrations. </div><div>- KPI Definition & Tracking: Measure mobile app performance through DAU, MAU, retention rate, and conversion rate. </div><div>- Mobile App Testing Techniques: Knowledge of manual and automated testing frameworks (Appium, Selenium, Espresso). </div><div>- Cross-Platform Testing: Ability to test apps across various devices, OS versions, and screen sizes. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) </u></strong></div><div>- Knowledge of airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS). </div><div>- Understanding of airline frequent flyer programs and their integration with eCommerce. </div><div>- Familiarity with NDC (New Distribution Capability), One Order, and airline compliance requirements. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Qualifications & Experience </u></strong></div><div>-
