This role combines business analysis and functional testing expertise, requiring the candidate to gather and document business requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure effective collaboration across development, QA, and operations teams. The candidate will also develop and execute test strategies, manage defect resolution, and contribute to end-to-end project implementation.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory)</u></strong></div><div>-

Experience:

5 to 8 years in business analysis and quality assurance roles.</div><div>- Airline Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and cabin crew briefing requirements.</div><div>- Business Analysis

Proven experience in gathering requirements, documentation, and business process improvement.</div><div>- Testing

Skills:

Test strategy development, execution of functional test cases, API testing (Postman, SoapUI), and integration testing.</div><div>- Defect Management: Proficiency in defect tracking, collaboration with development teams, and resolution of issues.</div><div>- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with product, QA, and operations teams.</div><div>- Data Analysis: Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).</div><div>- End-to-End Testing: Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and full project lifecycle management.</div><div>- Communication
