This role will oversee financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, payroll activities for India and UAE, vendor handling, and procurement operations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Must-have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong>&nbsp;</div><div>- Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a technology or consulting company.&nbsp;</div><div>- Experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.&nbsp;</div><div>- Expertise in accounting principles and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.&nbsp;</div><div>- Deep understanding of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.&nbsp;</div><div>- Demonstrated ability to oversee and monitor payroll activities for India and UAE.&nbsp;</div><div>- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing high-performing teams.&nbsp;</div><div>- Vendor handling and procurement operations expertise.&nbsp;</div><div>- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Good-to-have Skills (Optional)&nbsp;</u></strong></div><div>- Familiarity with UAE tax regulations and best practices.&nbsp;</div><div>- Experience in strategic partnerships, investor relations, and managing fundraising activities.&nbsp;</div><div>- Proficiency in financial software and tools.&nbsp;</div><div>- CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Qualification &amp; Experience&nbsp;</u></strong></div><div>- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.&nbsp;</div><div>- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; 5+ Years experience as CFO in similar domain.</div><div>- Prior experience working in the UAE and India, with a strong understanding of regional financial and tax regulations.&nbsp;</div><div>- Experience in leading financial operations within technology, consulting, or similar sectors.</div>
