<div>Job Summary<br>We are seeking a senior technical resource with strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration and comprehensive knowledge of the Oracle technology stack. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing Oracle Databases on Exadata, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) within a mission-critical, regulated enterprise environment. This role demands technical excellence, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Application Support teams, Development teams, IT Infrastructure teams and Product Owner.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div><br></div><div>Database Administration<br>
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Databases (12c/18c/19c) and Oracle EBS environments.<br>
- Hands-on expertise in applying patches to Oracle RAC and Oracle EBS (R12.x) environments.<br>
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization.<br>
- Implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard.<br>
- Monitor database health using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other tools.<br>
- Provide support for Exadata OS C Database Patching</div><div><br></div><div>Application Support<br>
- Manage Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) including patching, cloning, and concurrent manager tuning.<br>
- Support deployments, upgrades, and integrations.<br>
- Troubleshoot issues across database, application, and web tiers.</div><div><br></div><div>WebLogic Administration<br>
- Configure and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments.<br>
- Monitor and tune JVM performance and thread management.<br>
- Cloning and Patching, Upgrade Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and above.<br>
- Manage, Install, configure, patch and upgrade BIP server 11g and above.</div><div><br></div><div>Security s Compliance<br>
- Implement database security policies, access controls, and encryption protocols.<br>
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.<br>
- Maintain audit trails and support regulatory reporting.<br>Integration s Automation<br>
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL and shell scripts for automation and monitoring.</div><div><br></div><div>Collaboration s Leadership<br>
- Work closely with developers, system admins, and business analysts.<br>
- Mentor junior DBAs and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.</div><div><br></div><div>Required Skills s Qualifications<br>
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.<br>
- 8 -10 years of experience in Oracle DBA, role with strong exposure to Oracle Applications and WebLogic.<br>
- Expertise in Technologies C Common Tools</div><div><br>✓ Database: Oracle /12c/18c/19c/21c, RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data guard<br>✓ Middleware: WebLogic 12c, Fusion Middleware, WLST<br>✓ Replication: Oracle Golden Gate 12c/19c<br>✓ Monitoring s Performance tuning: OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager), OEM Cloud<br>Control, AWR, ADDM<br>✓ Scripting: Bash, Shell, Python, WLST, PL/SQL<br>✓ Oracle Apps: E-Business Suite R12.2.X<br>✓ OS: Linux/Unix (RHEL, Oracle Linux), Windows Server</div><div><br>
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.<br>
