Finance Executive

<div><strong><u> Job Summary </u></strong></div><div>We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Executive to manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliances, and accounting software, with a preference for experience in IT companies. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) </u></strong></div><div>- 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a sales-driven or service-based organization. </div><div>- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory compliances in India (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax). </div><div>- Hands-on experience in accounting software (QuickBooks, ZOHO, or ERP systems). </div><div>- Expertise in financial statement preparation, cash management, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation. </div><div>- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings. </div><div>- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis. </div><div>- Ability to coordinate audits and finalize annual financial reports. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) </u></strong></div><div>- Experience handling service exports and offshore accounting. </div><div>- Knowledge of insurance policy negotiations and loss control measures. </div><div>- Ability to maintain professional banking relationships and manage credit lines. </div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Qualifications & Experience </u></strong></div><div>- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA/M.Com. in Accounting or Finance. </div><div>- 7+ years of experience in a relevant accounting/finance function. </div><div>- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express. </div><div>- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. </div>
