<div><div><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong><br>The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
The role
involves building Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automating business workflows, integrating with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and external APIs, and ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. The developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions while also providing support, documentation, and training for end users.<br><br></div><div><strong><u>Must Have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong><br>
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven applications)<br>
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow automation<br>
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for building user-friendly apps<br>
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform components<br>
- Experience integrating applications with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and external APIs<br>
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions<br>
- Strong knowledge of application scalability, security, and performance optimization<br>
- Ability to provide technical support and guidance to users<br>
- Experience documenting development processes and maintaining application guides</div><div><br><strong><u>Good to Have Skills (Optional)</u></strong><br>
- Experience working with Power BI reports and dashboards<br>
- Experience supporting operational teams through automation tools<br>
- Ability to train end users and create structured training material<br>
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, security models, and best practices in Power Platform<br>

- Experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations<br>
- Experience working directly with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design<br>
- Proven ability to develop scalable and secure applications within the Microsoft ecosystem<br>
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Power Platform applications<br>
- Exposure to Microsoft environments such as SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Dataverse, or SQL Server</div></div>
