<div>Experience: 7-8 years<br>Timings: 2PM to 11 PM<br><br>The Oracle Fusion IT Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing first line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP covering Finance, HCM and SCM modules during Europe, US time zone operations.<br>The role ensures business continuity by resolving user issues, maintaining integrations, managing period-close activities, and supporting data accuracy and compliance across the global ERP landscape.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Application & Incident Support<br><br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Monitor and manage user tickets in Halo / JIRA within defined SLAs.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), HCM and SCM modules.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Log L1 and escalate L2, L3 Tickets to Functional & Technical Agents or Oracle SRs for complex configuration or integration issues.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document knowledge base articles.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Ensure seamless handover communication for next-shift teams.<br>Finance Functional Support<br>HCM Support<br>Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Support<br>Candidate Profile<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>7–8 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM & SCM).<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Proven L1/L2 support experience with hands-on in FBDI/ADFDI, OIC, and BI Publisher.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Support Expertise in Finance , HCM SCM Modules.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote global collaboration.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Experience working in night shift (  2 PM to 11 PM) covering US time zones.<br>Tools & Technologies Summary<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>ERP Platform: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM & SCM – GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, INV, OM, Costing)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Reporting: BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Ticketing & ITSM: Halo, JIRA, ServiceNow<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Excel : Basic Excel  <br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Collaboration: MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence</div>
