<div><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong><br>We are seeking an experienced Global Coupa Integration and Procurement Technology Lead with 8+ years of experience to support, enhance, and expand Coupa-driven procurement and sourcing solutions for global business operations.
The role
involves strong technical integration capabilities using Python, Java, and cloud integration platforms, combined with Coupa functional expertise, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and domain experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain. The position can be based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or remote, working closely with global teams to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions.</div><div><br><strong><u>Must Have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong><br>
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management processes.<br>
- Hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with Python and Java.<br>
- Experience in Cloud Integration tools and cloud-based middleware.<br>
- Coupa functional expertise including procurement, sourcing, and invoicing modules.<br>
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration touchpoints with procurement and finance.<br>
- Experience designing and implementing E2E integration flows.<br>
- Ability to work across full solution lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.<br>
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.</div><div><br><strong><u>Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)</u></strong><br>
- Experience with Ariba.<br>
- Exposure to Cloudent or similar cloud middleware platforms.<br>
- Experience working with global teams and offshore/near-shore delivery models.</div><div><br><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experience</u></strong><br>
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement technology, Coupa functional consulting, and integration engineering.<br>
- Proven experience with Coupa and Coupa Marketplace products.<br>
- Strong understanding of analytics and reporting through SAP and Coupa platforms.<br>
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and influence senior stakeholders.<br>
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, resolving production issues, and coordinating end-to-end integration testing.<br>
- Self-motivated, organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to handle changing priorities.<br>
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</div>
