Summary:

</u></strong><br>The IT Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, delivering exceptional end-user support services, and driving operational stability. This role involves managing high-availability systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical projects to align with organizational goals. Candidates with experience in enterprise-level IT environments, cloud operations, and compliance frameworks, especially in the travel or airline industry, are highly preferred.</div><div><br><strong><u>Must Have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong></div><ul><li>Expertise in Microsoft technologies and applications.</li><li>Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and compliance frameworks (ITIL, ISO, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in high-availability networks, disaster recovery architectures, and cloud operations (AWS or Azure).</li><li>Technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>IT project planning and execution experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, virtualization, and Unified Communication platforms.</li><li>Expertise in firewalls, managed switches, web application firewalls, FTP, SFTP, LAN/WAN, and communication protocols.</li><li>ITIL Foundations V3 Certified with a solid release management process knowledge.</li><li>Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, architecture, applications development, and network operations.</li><li>Experience in a production 24/7 high-availability enterprise environment managing mission-critical systems (ERP, CRM, Travel Reservation Systems).</li></ul><div><strong><u>Good-to-have Skills (Optional)</u></strong></div><ul><li>Experience in the travel or airline industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of backup, recovery, and data retention planning.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experienced in maintaining compliant operations and ensuring successful internal and external audits.</li></ul><div><strong><u>Qualifications & Experience</u></strong></div><div><strong>Education:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) preferred.</li></ul><div><strong>Experience:</strong></div><ul><li>6+ years in IT operations.</li><li>3+ years in a production 24/7 high-availability enterprise environment.</li><li>Extensive experience in infrastructure and operations design, deployment, and server/network management.</li><li>2+ years with high-availability networks and disaster recovery architectures.</li></ul><div><strong>Additional
