Tech, BE, MCA, BSc, or related Information Systems.</li><li>IT Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure, services, and project handling.</li><li>Expertise in Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, WAN optimizers, and SDN technologies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and static/dynamic routing (e.g., NAT, DMVPN, Multicast, QoS).</li><li>Experience in managing datacenter and branch networks.</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, DNS tools).</li><li>Experience with NMS tools like SolarWinds.</li><li>Willingness to work 24/7 support with a proactive and analytical mindset.</li></ul><div><strong>Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional):</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Certifications in Cisco and Dell SDN technologies.</li><li>Certifications in Network Automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub).</li><li>Certifications in Cloud Networking (Azure, OCI).</li><li>Certifications in Aruba Network Technologies (NAC, Wireless, SDWAN).</li><li>Experience with Aruba wireless, CPPM management, and Aruba SDWAN.</li><li>Exposure to cloud networking solutions (Azure, OCI).</li><li>Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Linux).</li><li>Familiarity with BMC Remedy, Incident, and Problem Management.</li><li>Banking environment experience.</li><li>Experience with Dell Sonic Switches and Silverpeak WAN optimizers.</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications &
