<p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">The purpose of this role is for developing, customizing, maintaining and support <strong>Oracle EBS HRMS Applications</strong> as per requirement of the business.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;"><br><strong><u>Skill Sets Required (Must Have):</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Should be strong Apps Technical in HRMS R12 modules – Core HR, Payroll, Absence Mgmt, Performance Management, iRecruitment</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Good Knowledge Hire to Retire Cycle<br>
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Databases (Min 3 Implementations)</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Expertise in creation / modification of SQL packages, functions and procedures etc. as per requirement.<br>
- Expertise in standard Oracle HRMS modules interfaces and API’s</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Expertise in Fast Formulae</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Expertise in creating XML Publisher reports, Dashboards and Oracle reports (10g/6i)<br>
- Expertise in oracle workflow builder to create custom workflow or modify the existing standard workflows</p><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Skill Sets Required (Good to Have):</u></strong></div><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Knowledge / Experience in Oracle AME (Approval Management Engine)</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Knowledge / experience in OAF personalization and customizations and extensions</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
- Knowledge / Experience in Forms 6i or Forms 10g</p><div>
- Knowledge / Experience in Oracle APEX and ADF</div><div>
- Expert in using Tools like Toad, SQL Navigator and SQL Plus</div><div>
- Understanding of integrating third party tools with Oracle Applications</div><div>

Experience:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Engineering OR MCA</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">
