RPA Developer

<div><strong><u> Job Summary</u></strong></div><div>We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that automate and optimize business processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA tools, primarily UiPath, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop RPA solutions, and ensure the efficient execution of automated tasks.

Experience:

5 to 8 years in software engineering, with a focus on RPA development.</div><div>- RPA Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with UiPath.</div><div>- Programming

Proficiency in Python, C#, VB.NET, Java, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML).</div><div>- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.</div><div>- Technical

Skills:

Experience with OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY), REST/SOAP APIs, and control room management for RPA tools.</div><div>- Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize RPA bots and processes.</div><div>- Process Automation and Workflow Design: Strong knowledge of process automation, workflow design, and business process modeling.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Good to Have Skillsets (Optional)</u></strong></div><div>- RPA Tools Proficiency: Experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Blue Prism; certification in Automation Anywhere is advantageous.</div><div>- Consulting

Experience:

Prior experience in technical consulting or similar roles.</div><div>- Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in coding, security, and documentation.</div><div>- Business Analysis: Ability to conduct business requirement studies, process redesign, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</div><div>- Documentation
