<div>Salesforce Solution Architect – Job Description<br><br>Role Overview<br><br>The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are optimized for usability, maintainability, and long-term success.<br><br>Shape<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Solution Design &amp; Architecture<br><br>Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.<br><br>Ensure architectural designs follow best practices, platform standards, and scalability principles.<br><br>Define integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.<br><br>Stakeholder Collaboration<br><br>Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and design solution roadmaps.<br><br>Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.<br><br>Governance &amp; Standards<br><br>Establish and enforce coding, configuration, and deployment standards.<br><br>Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure compliance with security, data governance, and performance best practices.<br><br>Delivery Leadership<br><br>Collaborate with developers, admins, and functional consultants to oversee implementation.<br><br>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.<br><br>Support release management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.<br><br>Quality &amp; Optimization<br><br>Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.<br><br>Conduct impact analysis for new features, upgrades, or enhancements.<br><br>Ensure high levels of system availability, performance, and security.<br><br>Shape<br><br>Required Skills &amp; Experience<br><br>Technical Expertise<br><br>Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds) and Force.com development.<br><br>Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.<br><br>Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).<br><br>Architecture &amp; Design<br><br>Proven track record in designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions.<br><br>Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.<br><br>Knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.<br><br>Leadership &amp; Communication<br><br>Strong ability to engage with executives, business users, and technical teams.<br><br>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.<br><br>Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.<br><br>Certifications (preferred)<br><br>Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect.<br><br>Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly desirable).<br><br>Other Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Consultant, etc.).<br><br>Shape<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br><br>8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.<br><br>Experience in Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices.<br><br> </div>
