<div><strong><u> Job Summary</u></strong></div><div>We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead the technical delivery, validation, and production operations of BOT solutions (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT).
The role
involves designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining customer-facing BOT journeys by leveraging advanced AI technologies. The candidate will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with core airline systems while delivering highly available, scalable, and personalized solutions.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Must Have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong></div><div>* Proven experience with airline systems such as Reservation Systems, Departure Control Systems, and Customer Engagement Platforms.</div><div>* Strong understanding of automation technologies and conversational AI (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT).</div><div>* Expertise in conversational platforms, APIs, and cloud hosting.</div><div>* Strong programming, integration, and AI model deployment skills.</div><div>* Ability to translate complex business processes into structured technical specifications.</div><div>* Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM technologies, Prompt Engineering, and RAG techniques.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Good-to-have Skills (Optional)</u></strong></div><div>* Experience with performance tuning, technical validation, and production support.</div><div>* Familiarity with knowledge management practices such as maintaining repositories, integration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.</div><div>* Cross-functional collaboration and vendor management skills to ensure timely and quality delivery.</div><div>* Exposure to analytics and customer feedback-driven improvements.</div><div>* Agile delivery experience within airline or travel technology domains.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> Qualifications &amp; Experience</u></strong></div><div>* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).</div><div>* 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in AI-powered BOT development and deployment.</div><div>* Hands-on experience integrating BOT solutions with airline systems and customer engagement platforms.</div><div>* Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery, from design to production deployment.</div>
