Summary:

The role

involves <strong>L1 & L2 support, data center operations, IT security management, and project leadership</strong>. IT Infrastructure Support & Management</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Provide <strong>L1 & L2 remote support</strong> for IT infrastructure via ticketing tools, emails, and calls.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve <strong>Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, Hyper-V, and Office 365</strong> issues.</li><li>Administer <strong>user accounts, manage hardware/software inventory, and ensure license compliance</strong>.</li><li>Oversee <strong>system upgrades, patch management, and life cycle management</strong> for servers and workstations.</li></ul><div><strong>2.

Data Center & Backup Management</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Manage <strong>data center operations</strong>, including <strong>virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, and backup solutions</strong>.</li><li>Conduct <strong>monthly health checks</strong> on IT infrastructure and submit reports to customers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>security standards and operational best practices</strong>.</li></ul><div><strong>3.

Office 365 & Security Compliance</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Oversee <strong>Microsoft Office 365 tenant operations</strong> and escalate issues to Microsoft support when required.</li><li>Support <strong>vulnerability management, security compliance, and disaster recovery planning</strong>.</li></ul><div><strong>4.

IT Project Management & Reporting</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Lead <strong>IT infrastructure projects</strong>, including <strong>system installations, GPO deployments, and ERP web security management</strong>.</li><li>Prepare and submit <strong>monthly service desk, storage, and print reports</strong>.</li><li>Assist in <strong>tape backup operations</strong> and provide <strong>after-hours support as needed</strong>.</li></ul>
