The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.<br>This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value.<br>What You'll Do<br>•<br>Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives<br>•<br>Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value<br>•<br>Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling<br>•<br>Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders<br>•<br>Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts<br>•<br>Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs<br>•<br>Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum<br>•<br>Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality<br>•<br>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution<br>•<br>Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable<br>Requirements<br>•<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience<br>•<br>8+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, and program management roles<br>•<br>8+ years of hands-on experience managing large and complex software projects<br>•<br>Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams<br>•<br>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives<br>•<br>Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality management, and financial metrics (utilization, margins)<br>•<br>Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise systems is a strong plus<br>•<br>Sufficient technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs<br>•<br>Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills<br>•<br>Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence<br>Technical Skills<br>•<br>Must have hands-on experience or prior experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Neo4j, and Advanced Excel<br>•<br>Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience would be nice to have<br>•<br>Cloud experience, preferably AWS, is preferred<br>Benefits<br>•<br>Medical Insurance<br>•<br>Paid Time Off<br>•<br>Employee Recognition Programs<br>•<br>Competitive Compensation<br>•<br>Employee Referral Bonus Program<br>About Mareana<br>Founded in 2015, Mareana is an AI-powered software company with the mission of accelerating digital transformation in manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability through its connected intelligence platform.<br>Mareana’s platform uses AI/ML to rapidly connect disparate and siloed data across the entire business process, enabling customers to shift their focus from data preparation to making complex business decisions intuitively and in real time.<br>Mareana’s customers include market leaders in Life Sciences, Chemicals, and Manufacturing, who have realized over a billion dollars in business value by leveraging the platform.
