We are currently seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our Ed Morse team.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming sales calls and Internet leads
- Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes etc.
- Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
- Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
