Job Title: Lead Installer
Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Lead the Job Site: Take full ownership of complex residential and commercial installations.
- Mentor and Develop: Guide and train junior installers, helping them grow their skills and build good habits.
- Solve Problems: When challenges arise, you’ll be the one to find creative, efficient solutions and communicate them to the team.
- Ensure Quality: From proper ductwork to flawless wiring and everything in between, your expertise will guarantee the highest standard of work.
- Deliver an Experience: As the face of Edelman on the job site, you will provide a high-quality, professional experience for every customer.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
- Certifications: EPA certification is required.
- Expertise: A solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration. You can install braze and evacuate line sets and wire all controls and thermostats without supervision.
